class SceneManager#
Abstract base class used to give access to unregisterClientScene to client scenes.
This class is used as a MixIn by ProxyScene. Client scenes can dynamic cast their getManager() to this class and then unregister themselves.
Subclassed by Karana::Scene::ProxyScene
